I make the products, pack and ship all orders on my own, so please allow a week for order processing.

Orders shipped internationally (from Switzerland) may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are charged by your local customs office. Unfortunately, these costs are beyond our control and must be covered by the recipient.

Smaller packages do not include tracking. Bigger packages sent to Switzerland automatically include tracking. Here's an estimate of how long it will take to deliver a small parcel:

Switzerland: 2-4 working days
Europe: 3-8 working days
Rest of the world: 6-20 working days

If your country is not avaliable (checkout impossible), please send me a message. I do not send any order to the USA at the moment.

Please note that all taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like to return an item, please contact me within 10 days of receiving your item. If accepted, the return is dispatched at the cost of the customer, within 10 days from contacting me. If the items arrive damaged, only a partial refund will be issued. No exchanges accepted.

You can cancel an order as long as it has not been dispatched. It will then be refunded to you.

For bigger orders I might reuse a shipping cardboard box from another order/manufacturer, in order to reduce costs and avoid waste, so don't be surprised! The products inside will be Ondine's.

If an item you like is out of stock, please let me know with a quick message. I will prioritize making more of it, and it helps me to know which product i should continue producing, or discontinue.
