I make the products, pack and ship all orders on my own, so please allow a week for order processing.

Upon checkout, you will have the choice to add tracking to your package or not. If added, a tracking number will be sent to you by email, so don't forget to check your spam folder. Bigger packages automatically include tracking. Here's an estimate of how long it will take to deliver a small parcel:

Switzerland: 2-4 working days
Europe: 3-8 working days
Rest of the world: 6-20 working days

(Informations given by the Swiss Post, doesn't include delays due to holidays or customs processing).

If you would like to return an item, please contact me within 10 days of receiving your item. If accepted, the return is dispatched at the cost of the customer, within 10 days from contacting me. If the items arrive damaged, only a partial refund will be issued. No exchanges accepted.

You can cancel an order as long as it has not been dispatched. It will then be refunded to you.

For bigger orders I might reuse a shipping cardboard box from another order/manufacturer, in order to reduce costs and avoid waste, so don't be surprised! Everything inside will be Ondine.

If an item you like is out of stock, please let me know with a small message. I will prioritize making more of it, and it helps me to know which product i should continue producing, or discontinue.
